Learning often happens in between.

In between the doing.

In between the talking.

Of course, some doing and talking is required.

Or else the opportunity for learning to take place in the first place will never exist.

But more isn’t necessarily better.

Despite how awkward the quiet might feel, filling the gap won’t accelerate learning.

Instead, create time and space for unease, for uncertainty, for thinking, and for imagination.

Set up the environment for attempts at the new and the challenging, just outside the comfort zone.

Why the rush?

Slow down.

Yes, patience is a virtue.

Value the space in between.
