Unlocking performance and achieving success requires falling in love with the process of getting better.
It takes ambition, curiosity and hard work.
But youth sport is more demanding than ever before. Managing busy schedules, coping with performance pressures, fighting illness and injury and finding a balance between sport, schoolwork and everyday life are just a few of the challenges youth athletes face.
Backed by science and years of practical experience, ADP’s 1-on-1 coaching inspires youth athletes to take control of their learning and teaches them the all-round skills to pursue their dreams with purpose and passion.
1-on-1 coaching is for aspiring athletes aged 11-16 years in any sport looking for individually tailored physical and/or mental skills support to meet their specific needs.
Athletes get personal training and support from Dr Craig Harrison and his team to level up in the areas of physical and mental performance.
Working with Athlete Development Project is a commitment and takes hard work.

If we decide they’re a good match for the programme, Craig will schedule a call straight away to talk to you about it more. If we don’t think they’re a good match, we’ll let you know politely.
